Iconic Tower’ is a skyscraper with 385 meters high and 80 floors that is located in the middle of the desert and about 50 kilometers from Cairo. This building is the symbol of a new urban project, likewise, its use will be destined for offices.
The initiative for this project was announced in 2015, but construction began in May 2018 to finish the works in 2023. Its owner is the Egyptian Ministry of Housing, Public Services and Urban Communities, although the design is signed by Dar al-Handasah Shair & Partners. This mega construction has become one of the most representative buildings in the country.
