Job Description:

  • Install, maintain and repair electrical systems in the factory which includes single phase and three phase wiring system and equipment in combination with electro-mechanical systems and pneumatic systems.
  • Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
  • Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.

Job Description:

  • Prepares surfaces prior to beginning work.

Job Description: 

  • Set up, operate, or tend plating or coating machines to coat metal or plastic products with chromium, zinc, copper, cadmium, nickel, or other metal to protect or decorate surfaces.
  • Positions objects to be plated in frame or suspends them from positive terminals of power supply.
  • Removes object from plating solution after specified time or when desired thickness of metal is deposited on them.
  • Measures or estimates amounts of electric current needed and time required to coat objects and adjust dials to regulate flow of current and voltage supplied to terminals to control plating processes.
  • Immerses objects to be coated or plated into cleaning solutions or sprays with conductive solution to prepare object for plating.
  • Immerse workpieces in coating solutions or liquid metal or plastic for specified times.
  • Plate small objects such as nuts or bolts, using motor-driven barrels.
  • Monitors and measures thickness of electroplating on component part to verify conformance to specifications, using micrometer.
  • Rinses coated object in cleansing liquids and dries with cloth, centrifugal driers, or by tumbling in sawdust filled barrels.

  • Distribute the specific jobs to be carried out in the laser cutting, waterjet cutting, press brake stations, panel bending, machine shop, powder coating and painting sections for all job orders released to the production department.
  • Guide the workers on the shop floor with the necessary technical know how to execute their tasks.
  • Analyze all root causes for all fabrication issues and resolve same and implement all new process tools according to required order.
  • Coordinate with technicians and provide support to all teams and maintain quality of all work processes in systems.
  • Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates, providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
  • Inspect and approve prototypes in coordination with the QA/QC engineer with conformance to project drawings and specifications prior to mass production.
  • Develop or test models of alternate designs or processing methods to assess feasibility, sustainability, operating condition effects, potential new applications, or necessity of modification.
  • Oversee installation, operation, maintenance or repair to ensure that machines or equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.
  • Establish or coordinate the maintenance or safety procedures, service schedule, or supply of materials required to maintain machines or equipment in the prescribed condition.
  • Make sure the required QA/QC plans are adhered to in coordination with the QA/QC engineer.
  • Make sure all safety plans are implemented strictly in coordination with the HSE officer.
  • Assist production manager and prepare reports on regular basis after final inspections.
  • Study industrial processes to maximize the efficiency of equipment applications, including equipment placement.

Qualification:

  • Sc. degree in mechanical or production engineering.
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and Auto Cad
  • Excellent report making and presentation skills.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain and demonstrate methodologies in English.
  • Understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures with the application of mechanical engineering principles.
  • Sound knowledge about structural and sheet metal fabrication techniques and welding technologies.

Quantity Surveyor/Estimator - Mechanical
Experience : 5 to 7-years

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced, Quantity Surveyor/Estimator in Mechanical Engineering field to join our team. In this position, you will carry out material and price estimations enabling to submit commercial proposals to clients and enabling raw material purchase for ongoing projects. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Carry out pricing and estimation based detailed pricing strategy in line with company objectives and guidelines.
  • Carry out material estimation required for both project pricing as well as procurement of raw material for ongoing projects.
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical engineering drawings, tender documents, bid packages and specifications.
  • Prepare detailed bill of material (BOM) based on fabrication drawings for ongoing projects to be released for procurement of raw material.
  • Prepare and update material status and procurement schedule.
  • Evaluate quotations from suppliers and ensure quantities and specifications are in line with project specifications.
  • Prepare quotations for clients and ensure quantities and specifications are in line with tender and project specifications.
  • Minimize the cost of a project while achieving the required standards and quality objectives by optimizing material selection with possible alternatives.
  • Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance work.
  • Evaluate subcontractor claims and variations.
  • Be familiar with commercially available steel sections such as steel plates, I Beams, channels, angles, etc. and their applicable conformance to ASTM, JIS, DIN, EN standards.
  • Ability to go through standards and find compatibility for the job.
  • To be able to verify site measurements and build up enough information required to carry out pricing and subsequent forwarding of the site information to design department for preparation of pre-submittal design drawings.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide necessary detailed backup to support commercial tracking and costing for ongoing projects.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical Engineering
  • Technical and practical knowledge of all phases of contract development, award, administration and close-out relating to a multi-discipline civil/ construction projects.
  • Capability to accept responsibilities and accomplish project objectives in a timely manner.
  • Excellent team work and interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication skills and strong English capability.
