The Exchange 106, also known as TRX Tower, 106 Tower, TRX 106 and Signature Tower, is a 95-story, 453.6-meter-tall supertall skyscraper in Tun Razak Exchange, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

It is second tallest building in Malaysia, third tallest building in Southeast Asia, and the 16th tallest building in the world. (2019)

The 397.5-meter building is topped with a 11-story high illuminated crown making it 106-story high (still 95-story) and 453.6 m (1,488 ft) tall.

It is also the largest skyscraper in Malaysia by floor area with 453,835 m² (4,885,000 sq ft).

The tower has a net lettable area of 240,000 square meters (2.6 million square feet).
